I just loved painting this cute baby deer. There is something so nostalgic about deer for me. I don't know whether this is because I grew up watching old Disney films like Bambi and Snow White, or because I lived near woodland and the New Forest, but they evoke a sense of calm and happiness in me that not many other creatures do.
